Many of our clients, who often live out of town, ask for our guidance to help oversee the project during construction on their behalf. As the designer, no one understands the goals and details of the project better than we do. There is a sense of ownership of the project on our part, which makes us want to ensure that all the details of the project are put together properly.
We meet with the contractor on site, inspect the project on a timely basis, and handle the paperwork on behalf of the owner. There is constant and open communication between all involved, and this allows us to ensure that the design and budget are constantly being discussed and considered.
We provide various levels of Construction Administration (CA) depending on the needs of the project.
We can be available “on-call” for questions, inspections or reports.
