Civil Engineering & Septic Designs
Typically, residential projects only require septic plans, and occasionally erosion control plans when working close to a body of water. Commercial projects, however, may involve more engineering on elements of the design such as overall site layout, parking and walkways, storm-water control, and all issues related to how the site is to be manipulated for the project. We coordinate all this information and integrate it into our overall design plans.
Structural Engineering
One of our strengths is putting together the “nuts and bolts” of buildings. We take pride in our ability to layout a structure from the foundation up to the peak of the roof. We work closely with licensed structural engineers to determine the best solution for each structural system, including the proper foundation, floor and roof systems, structural beams, and develop an overall frame that will meet codes and withstand the elements.
Interior Design
We have worked with several interior designers over the years, and can recommend a designer for you depending on your personal taste and dreams. Our job is to work closely with the designer to help ensure that the interior flavor of the project helps reinforce the design goals of the project.
Hardscape and Landscape Design
The exterior of any home or building can be greatly enhanced with the right landscaping.
We have worked with several Landscape Architects and Arborists over the years and we can recommend someone who will be a good fit for your project.
