Working on a few interesting projects:

• Received Planning Board approval for a beach house in Biddeford
• Received State Fire Marshal approval for a Wine Bar on the top of the large building in Gorham
• Working on an Accessory Dwelling Unit to an existing home in Falmouth.  The Mom moving into the ADU is coming from a farm up north so we have designed the new ADU to look a nice old barn attached to the existing house.  She loves it!
• Starting up a code analysis for a large restaurant that has been around a long time in Gray.
